This week’s link is just for fun and provided by a loyal MuseTrack subscriber Will Simon. Thanks, Will!
Say you want to reminisce about a time gone by with a little music to get you in a certain frame of mind. Or perhaps you need a greatest hit for the year which your WIP is set. Maybe you just want to know what was hot the year you were born, first kissed, fell in love, graduated, got married, etc.
Check it out for grins.

Thanks for the link, Jenn and Will. A fun website!
I clicked on your link and the year I was born. Then what should blast through my headphones but Eddie Fisher singing “Lady of Spain”, Kay Starr singing “Wheel of Fortune”, The Four Aces singing “Heart and Soul”, and Jo Stafford singing “You Belong to Me”. What year was it? Ah, now that would be telling!
As for the greatest hits of the year in which my WIP is set—well, it’s a futuristic romance. If anyone has the Billboard Top 100 for 2076 . . . wait a sec, will there even be such a thing in 63 years?
Keep up the good work!
With a little detective work, I bet we could find out what year you were born, Mary Anne.
Glad you liked the link.
Love it. I got You Ain’t Nothing But A Hound Dog. Shared and tweeted.
YAY! Glad you enjoyed the link. Thanks, Ella.
Jenn: Yeah, I know you can. But you could anyhow. In this day and age, nobody has any secrets! At least not about facts such as date of birth. So much for privacy. Google giveth, and Google taketh away.
great link. Took a Sentimental Journey from the big band era
Thanks, Jenn! I keep this one handy at all times for writing time…:)
No, thank YOU, Will. It was a great find.
