Song of the Day: Them Bones by Alice in Chains
Hump Day Kick Start – for your muse, a writing picture prompt, or just a visual treat.
This week’s prompt is in the details. And I don’t mean the fine lines of our subject’s abs. Necessarily.
The broken sink, rosary, tight pants, heavy duty biker boots, unidentifiable streaks on the walls…
Who is he? Mercenary? Zombie exterminator? Burned out rocker star? Fallen angel?
Aside from a restroom, where is he? Bus station? Insane asylum? Abandoned hotel?
Is he hiding? Hunting? Praying? Plotting? Escaping? Looking for the Extreme Bathroom Makeover crew to show up?
Tell me a story. And as always, I’d love to hear your take.
You’d like to hear my take while I’d like to take him here 😉 Thank you for a wonderful kick start Musetracks!

I recognize my dirty bathroom, but not the hunk. Is he part of my new maid service?

If he is, Jody, I need the number to your maid service.

Okay, here’s the short version:
Elroy got locked in the men’s room at the Shell station while his buddies drove on to Vegas. This was their idea of an April fool’s joke. Right now, he’s trying to climb over the locked stall to reach the distant window so he can yell for help.
He thought he saw a beautiful girl pumping gas in her Corvette on his way in. If only he can get her attention …
But will she let him out?
Will she give him a ride to Vegas?
Might she even let him drive the Vette?
Of course he has no money in that biker billfold chained to his belt … because his ex-buddies also confiscated that.
What currency does he have, with which to repay the lovely girl … should she decide to assist?
What on earth woud he have that she could possibly want?

I will overlook your “Elroy” name because this, THIS is awesome! Once again, Jeff, you have me grinning ear to ear.
